LiSTie to Exhibit at BATTERY JAPAN in the NEDO Booth

LiSTie, a company committed to the early commercialization of LiSMIC, the world's first ultra-high-purity lithium extraction technology, will exhibit at the NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) Booth during BATTERY JAPAN.

LiSTie will showcase its containerized lithium extraction system, the LiSMIC Unit, which enables the one-pass extraction of 99.99% ultra-high-purity lithium from a wide range of lithium sources, including spent lithium-ion batteries, salt lakes, and mineral ores. The company will also display recycled lithium extracted using the LiSMIC process.

In addition to applications for lithium-ion battery (LIB) materials, LiSTie will introduce its proprietary technology for enriching Lithium-6, a critical material for future fusion energy. Using the LiSMIC process, the concentration of Lithium-6, which naturally accounts for only 7.6% of lithium, can be increased to as much as 90%.
