LiSTie Secured Financing Through J-KISS Convertible Equity Warrants

LiSTie has secured JPY 100 million in funding through the issuance of J-KISS convertible equity warrants subscribed to by DG Daiwa Ventures Inc. and Adlib Tech Ventures Inc.

The funding will be used to accelerate the development and commercialization of LiSMIC, LiSTie’s ultra-high-purity lithium extraction technology.

By advancing lithium recycling and high-purity lithium production, LiSTie aims to contribute to a sustainable lithium supply chain and support the growth of next-generation industries.
