At LiSTie, we are looking for team members to help drive the development of LiSMIC (Ion-Conductive Lithium Separation Method) — a groundbreaking technology that enables efficient and sustainable lithium recovery.
You will be involved in the design, fabrication, and operation of devices with multi-layered membrane structures, contributing to the development of technologies that will support the infrastructure of the next-generation society.

- Be Involved in Designing and Building the World’s First Lithium Recovery Technology

[Job Description]
- Lead the Design and Development of Groundbreaking Lithium Recovery Equipment
- Plan, promote, and manage equipment design
- Design, fabricate, and operate membrane stacks composed of multiple layers for the world’s first ultra-high purity lithium recovery method — LiSMIC (Ion-Conductive Lithium Separation Method)
- Design, fabricate, and operate lithium recovery systems using these stacks
- Evaluate lithium recovery performance using the above systems
- Analyze performance evaluation data
- Prepare technical reports
[Application Requirements]
Required (MUST):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment design (Experience designing systems that handle chemical liquids, including piping design)
